....and can I just say I miss flipdog.com. The old Flipdog used to scour the entire web for job openings from private sites, company sites, etc. Since being bought out by Monster, all Flipdog now does is direct you to the already accessible Monster listings. Hotjobs has a web search that is similar to that of the prior version of FLipdog, but I haven't found it to be as comprehensive :(
