PLACES TO LOOK FOR JOBS ON THE WEB:
craigslist.com
careerbuilder.com
monster..com
hotjobs.com

....and can I just say I miss flipdog.com. The old Flipdog used to scour the entire web for job openings from private sites, company sites, etc. Since being bought out by Monster, all Flipdog now does is direct you to the already accessible Monster listings. Hotjobs has a web search that is similar to that of the prior version of FLipdog, but I haven't found it to be as comprehensive :(

Roasted Tomato Sauce Recipe

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it seems like a simple one that may yield tasty results. (Also, I'm learning how to can veggies and this might be a good starter recipe.)
1. Roast the tomatoes on a pan in the oven rather than via the traditional blanching method.
2. Put them through a Victorio Strainer (A cone-shaped apparatus with a hand crank & wooden masher.) This removes the seeds and skin and pushes the sauce through.
3. Reduce the sauce on the stove at a medium low heat with some fresh basil and a dash of salt thrown in.
4. Add cloves of garlic to the cooking sauce or as a twist roast the garlic cloves with the tomatoes and throw all that through the strainer together.

Also, I'm a big fan of American Eagle's new men's T designs. (I really don't go for t-shirts with the name of the store you bought them on smack dab on the front of the tee, but design-wise I found these all to be quite nice.)

Kayak.com is the best flight search ever! It searches the entire net for the best deals. (Everything except for Southwest Airlines is linked.) Check it out for cheaper travels!
